Spider-Man: Homecoming and Far From Home
I know I'm very late on this, but I've now watched them. Peter has been in Space, and the Chitauri Invasion is all over the first one for Prologue Purposes.
Anyway, consider this a seed for discussion.
(Tony managed to be a supervillain posthumously. Normally that takes Reed Richards.)

I love this idea! The anger of former Stark Industries employees really is indicative of the exploitation of workers by the corporate patriarchy. And though I would have gone about my revenge by political action and lobbying to reduce corporate power (instead of destroying Venice, which is one of my favourite cities), I really could sympathize with their rage.
Also, I love Happy’s admission: “Tony was my best friend. And he was a mess.” Tony really did try to be a good guy. But it’s impossible to be a good guy while still benefiting from all that privilege and power.

Mysterio and the Vulture both speak to what happens when the margins become too small.
