I'm so here for all this amnesia business. Also the nonconsensual (?) body modification Hard same. I think the amnesia stuff will be good for making yet another origin story not feel like an origin story, and I am always here to add to the list of noncon body mod MCU characters. (I kinda already ship her with Nebula TBH...).
It's interesting, from an in-universe perspective, that she never got namedropped in all those years with the Avengers and SHIELD and all of that Good point! Especially when -- from a meta/Doylist POV -- they were already name-dropping Strange as early as TWS, so I don't know if it can just be chalked up to "she wasn't part of the MCU at the time." I'll be interested to see how/if they handle that.
Although you'd think if a buff woman in a jumpsuit is punching unexpectedly spry old ladies on the train, word would get around. I guess it's slightly easier given the time period? Like, if Fury paid off the newspapers to not report it, at least there wouldn't be cell phone footage or whatever. Maybe it became an urban legend!

Good point. We'll get to find out how she got where she is without having to live it all in real time (because I, too, am pretty bored of origin stories).

Oh my gosh, that would be amazing. Yes please. Maybe complete with some writeups on 90s conspiracy theory websites. And then when she returns ~25 years later for Endgame, oh man!
