“It’ll be fun,” I said.

“This won’t get out of hand at all,” I said.

What saved me was the excellent mental image of Kraglin playing the banjo. And lo, thus was born the blues/country/folk/western/bluegrass band of your nightmares. (The psychobilly’s just for spice.) I give you: Yondu & The Ravagers.

I think I remember seeing this on Tumblr, if you posted it awhile back? The combination of the Ravagers and rockabilly/bluegrass is absolutely inspired. :D

Yup, that was me! I’ve made a resolution not to start any new creative projects until all the current WIPs have been finished. So the available material I have to post in this comm is all gonna be previously published. I figure it’s okay, since it’s mostly a different audience here.

And thanks! Really, it was all down to Rooker and Gunn’s choice to go Full Space Redneck that made this an easy direction to go in.

Oh yeah, I hope that comment didn't come across like I minded seeing repeat content (I think reposting is a really good idea!). It's just that I didn't get a chance to say that before on Tumblr because, well, Tumblr. XD And it is a brilliant idea!
