Call for recs: Hala!

This is our last reccing week of focusing on a particular locale in the cosmic MCU. This week: Hala! Any fic that spends a lot of its time on the Kree capital would be great here, or any vid with lots of Hala footage, or any art clearly set in Hala... you get the idea. :D Give us all that Kree backstory!
